  1. Authorization to Conduct Scans
    When using Cyber Scan to initiate security scans, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to perform such scans on the domains, IP addresses, or systems involved.
  2. Legal Compliance and Third-Party
    Rights You must ensure that all scans are carried out in strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Specifically, scanning activities that infringe upon the rights of third parties—such as intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights—are prohibited.
  3. Scope and Purpose of Service
    Entropic Code, in collaboration with LATU Seguros (www.latuseguros.com), provides Cyber Scan solely for security evaluation purposes. Entropic Code is responsible for executing scans and delivering a findings report. Any additional services—such as detailed analysis, remediation, or consulting—fall outside the scope of Cyber Scan and require separate agreements.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    Entropic Code shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized, illegal, or improper scans performed using Cyber Scan. You assume full responsibility for your scanning activities and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entropic Code and LATU Seguros from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising directly or indirectly from your use of Cyber Scan.
  5. Acceptance of Terms
    By using Cyber Scan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability

Entropic Code shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
